Rutger started his career at university as a software programmer developing relational databases but decided after having graduated his Master degree in Business Administration to continue in sales and marketing. Having led large national and international teams, Rutger learned that the human factor makes all the difference when it comes to engagement, performance, commitment and retaining people. This was the starting point for developing Mobule Int.’s value proposition and management solutions portfolio. He is leading the company’s strategic direction and operational performance and is involved in the sales and marketing operations. Rutger is a family man, has an eye for photography and a passion for traveling.
